*****ULENT BILLING ON ACCOUNT

This morning l received my invoice and my amount was for R1453 instead of my normal R808 on further investigation I saw there is an subscription on my account for R613 tried to made contact with telkom on this matter was able to get hold of them on messenger and they informed me that I was making purchases of data to that amount.My first question is I have a router with them that provided me data every month why would I buy additional data to that amount knowing that it will affect me at the end of month and how does this amount work how do I even access it since if your data is finished you as consumer have to start buying prepaid data since your contract data is finished.Either they are doing *****ulent **** thinking we will not complain and just pay to add profit to their business.
