Recently upgraded my contract to an OPPO reno 10 prp plus. The deal itself had complementary ipods that were out of stock at the time and I was promised in two weeks I would recieve a call. Two weeks elapsed I went to the store with my receipt as proof of the outstanding ipods. From on story to another two weeks. It's been two months without any feedback from telkom mnelyn store. It's puzzling that they advertise to entice and not deliver. It rather brings one to conclude that the very consultants ***** these items and re sell to friends or for their own benefit. The cost of the ipods is R 1200, now continuing to pay for a contract were I have to purchase my own when I should have recieved is ridiculous. Telkom is just running a fly by night *****ulent scheme that lives its customers despondent.
