*****ulent activity at Telkom

I recently discovered a strange amount that I know nothing about on my Telkom Invoice. I reported the matter and Telkom sent me from pillar to post. Eventually I was told to submit an Affidavit and bank statement at a Telkom store which I did. In the process all of a sudden the amount was removed and I was sent a New invoice without that amount. Then Telkom sends me a message to say the case has been resolved. No apology or explanation or refund. Apparently I did not submit supporting documents 🥺
