*****ulent account opened with my name at Telkom

An account was opened *****ulently under my name, I went to the store to report it and I was asked to do an affidavit and attach my ID and bank statements. I did that amd the person that helped me at the store is still suprised that i havent been assisted. To date it hasn't been resolved.
