*****ulent account

I started to receive e-mails in Sept 2023 for monies owed to Telkom for a Telkom mobile account on my name in 2023 I apparently owed them R2183.35, when I phoned Telkom and asked for what this was, they told me I opened an account with them, which I never did. Someone got hold of my details and opened accounts at all of the Cell phone service providers, they even managed to bypass a Debi check on my bank account so that I don't realize there's debit orders going off my bank account which make me wonder if someone at the bank and Cell phone network employees are not working together to commit *****. All of the other Cell phone companies already did their investigations and cleared my name, they realized that I didn't open these accounts. I'm just struggling with Telkom, I'm sending through all of the requested documentation to different people every time and nothing gets done, they keep on harassing me for the money, every time with different attorneys. Let me be clear, I WILL NOT PAY A SINGLE CENT!! If you hand out Cell phone contracts like you're Oprah Winfrey, it's not my fault, how do you allow these *****ulent accounts to happen???
