I cancelled my contract with telkom Mondo in January because I signed up for 40g data contract when I looked at my statement there was 20g that i was billed for that im not aware about and never used this data i even asked them to show me the activation of this sim card and proof that shows i had been using this 20g called customer service said they will do investigate till now that I was handed over to Nudet for account that I never had this was the same reason why i cancelled my 40g contract because of this 20g that im billed for that never used ....I'm so disgusted with their service the numerous calls I made and emails to resolve this issue
