Good day. Im Salome Givender *** I have month to month data with telkom for R299. However for this month i was billed exorbitant amont of R940. I called Telkom customer care and was told that i subscribed to something but i told the consultant i did not subscribe to anything. She could not tell me what was that subsxription but she escalated my qiery through and said she does not know the time frame that i will be assisted. This is very frustating because i need my money back for my transport fees and its going to cause a bad relection on my credit score. I want my money refunded and my month to month data cancelled. I would not wish to do business with Telkom. Please return my money.
