Tzaneen Branch closed and still no phone

From April posting this still even today I have not received my phone. I was told to pay a certain amount and fax the receipt, I did that but I can't get hold of anyone or to receive the phone because Tzaneen branch is closed, i'm still paying for this phone that i never used and it is now going to a year. I am seriously very angry right now and it is not funny anymore.
