Typical ******* service from Telkom

Telkom must be one of the absolute worst companies in South Africa. I told a sales consultant on the phone that I wanted to cancel my contract as it had been completed (24 months). Got very upset that I didn't want to continue or upgrade! They said I need to cancel online, or in store. I tried 3 times to cancel online, only to be told it failed. I then drove to the store, and they tell me that they can only do an immediate cancellation, and not cancel for the end of the month, and are absolutely unwilling to even try and help at the Woodlands branch in Pretoria.
