Type of service we've come to expect from telkom

I have a Telkom LTE package which suddenly stopped working. After spending hours on the phone to the call center and eventually getting through I reached someone who had no idea! As one would expect Telkom simply don't care about their customers because they know the taxpayers will simply bail them out. Quite pathetic service as usual.
