Tyme Bank card holder **************
I visited several of Telkom cell phone shops in an attempt to procure a cell phone contract and I was however declined on the basis that I use Tyme Bank as my service provider. I need Telkom to please provide reasons for not providing services to Tyme bank card holders and yet they have Discovery bank as another online bank active in their data base?

07 Apr 2020, 16:42I am yet to receive a reply from Telkom with regards to my complaint posted on 2 April 2020. If this is how you treat your potential customers and I can wonder how Telkom's customer satisfaction levels are on your existing customers?
