Tygervalley branch sucks

We have a contract at telkom tygervalley. We specifically made arrangements with the lady that was helping us to deduct on the 5th of every month. What do they do??? Deduct R900 today (31st Jan) on rent day!!! This is totally unacceptable. The lady assisting us assured us it'll go off on the 5th it was her recommendation as well
