****ty Telkom service

I am sooooo ****ed off with Telkom. I bought a contract sm for 2 years and that lapsed in March and I told them I didnt want to renew it. I went to the telkom store and they said they will cancelled but I still had to pay. The following month money was deducted from my account and I went back they gave me a code pay by money market and now they say my account is in arrears. After paying extra for a SIM card I dont have. I'm really not happy with telkom. I will never ever in my lfe do anything with them.
