I had a Telkom contract with Telkom which was handed over . I then called Telkom to ask them the settlement amount which I paid in full( R 4300) . An extra R 501 was paid into their account.

All this was done by the 17th of July 2019 . I then called them to ask for a clearance letter and for them to refund me of the extra money that I have paid . To date I hv neither a paid up Later nor the above mentioned money with the only explanation being they hv resolved the matter and the R 501 has been turned into charges for collections . I asked them for a breakdown on how they arrived on the exact amount that I have over paid to be charges money .after I have paid them in full and I am constantly being told to wait 24 hours for a paid up letter .
