Im really sick and tired of Telkom and its pathetic customer services agents always lying and giving me different information regarding my account my services are still suspended and payment was made through debit order on the 25th April and till this day I'm struggling to get connection no supervisor is willing to assist they keep sending me from pillar to post one agent said I should wait for 4 days the other one said 7 days now on 9 days and still nothing.
