****ty service from Telkom

We have 3 telkom business contracts but I'm highly disappointed with their ****ty problem solving techniques. They don't have service and their consultants have zero service. We made an outstanding payment and it took three days for them to notice that the amount they gave us is incorrect. They did a debit order of another amount and it's another week now with no feedback from them. One hour on the phone with them with no solution. It's escalation first then system maintenance.No wonder Telkom has one star rating.
