****TY SERVICE

I have been experiencing ****ty service from the agents at Telkom (Maggie and Frank). They are so ***********, I have requested for this number *** to be ceased or recycled in May already. My contract was cancelled however the number was not ceased. I have been telling them that I already have two prepaid sim and don't need another one but it's falling into deaf ears. This was the ref number: ***6 for the requested I placed on the 3rd of May 2023. I am so sick and tired of dealing with *********** Telkom agents and needs this to be resolved ASAP
