My phone was supposed to be delivered today but the courier company canceled the delivery because Telkom didn't give them my Rica address. Telkom didn't even communicate this with me, I had to call and ask what happened. The first Telkom agent I spoke to was not very helpful and I still don't know when the device will be delivered because she couldn't even give me an estimate. She even told me that Telkom has no way of telling how courier companies work therefore she couldn't help me further. The second agent I spoke to told me that they have to wait for the phone to be delivered back to Telkom then they can dispatch it again. I am not sure which story is correct here. My account has already been debited and I can't even go to the store to get the device.I cant cancel the order before Telkom receives the device back from the courier company. I honestly don't see how your agent's **** ups should be my problem. I just want to cancel the damn contract and get my money back as quickly as it was debited from my account.
