I'm really not happy with this service provider. My cellphone contract ended last year December, and I contacted telkom to tell them that once it ends they must cancel everything including the insurance for the phone... Now I'm receiving threating sms's saying that I will be given a summons for them not receiving payment on an insurance of a contract that ended in December 2024... Please make me understand how Telkom works exactly??? At this point I am changing service providers.
