<p>I ordered the October deal of the month from telkom mobile (sales dept) upon receiving it i saw that it was not what i wanted, as i thought it was a portable router, got the device returned back to them and they called me 3 weeks after receiving it to tell me that i should now have the device returned to me and i should buy myself the portable router. Thats not a problem, the problem i have now is getting the device sent back to me. Everytime i call i get transferred to different departments, given so many case numbers with no help at all. Im ****ed off as hell as this is such a hassle for me and im paying for a product im not even using. </p>
