****ty disappointing service from Telkom

I just received my Telkom bill that says I must pay R1568.79 for what I don't know because I have I have paid my contract last month manually after Telkom failed to debit on the 25th of April 2026 and they say they did not get the money on that day. They are charging me for rejection and I did not get any rejection notification from my bank.
