I have been waiting for my refund since the 7th of October every time I call I will be told to wait 14 days has passed. Now I am told that the proof of payment was only attached on the 14. So my 14 days (turn around time) start on the 14th whereas they incorrectly debited my money on the 1st. I believe they could speed up the process in order to refund my money back a.a Telkom you are annoying. All your services sucks, don't even know there are people using such network. I will never recommend you to anyone on earth. I canceled all my contracts because I wanted nothing to do with you but u still debited my account. And now I have to be after you everyday. Refund me its my money I worked very hard for it, and I don't owe you anything. I don't even know what's taking you so long cause you guys can clearly see that you debited that money. Nxaaan 😡😡😡😡 yeses. I know you don't even bother to respond to these reviews but I will keep on writing so that people can see the kind of treatment you give to your so called "valued customers"
