****ty customer service and dishonesty from telkom.

I had an issue with my debit order going off on the incorrect date which incurred a whole lot of bounced debit order fees for my telkom fibre. I called in amd the debit order was removed. We then agreed il pay the bill via my app which i had done only for them to debit my account after stating the debit order was cancelled i cant keep on paying penalty fees due to the bad customer service i have been receiving its really ********* and unprofessional. My agreed amount n my montly amount seems to be very different i am being charged service fees due to there staff dishonesty im really thinking of cancelling this service.
