****ty customer service

So it's been almost 2 weeks since I last complained about there ****ty service and nothing as been done emailed the "Manager" by the name of Musa he asked me to explain what happened, fine I did,that... next he asked can he have a number in question which I did not understand so I emailed him again asking if his asking for my number or his gonna give me a number to call? He rep**** again asking me the same question so I gave my cell number assuming that's what he want so I gave it and since then never heard of him again I left it for a whole week thinking that his gonna get back to me but nothing happening and I'm really disappointed in the service I'm getting from them especially when I've been using there service for more than 5yrs and this is what I get from them as a customer i mean I explained to them everything happened and how they just stole my money like that but they wouldn't evens care enough to do something about it cause I don't have R360 to throw away like that
