I guess every month I’ll be having to call, log a complain etc until I decide to cancel this nonsense of a company my debit order went off but again I get a message that my account is suspended every month I pay extra all because of an *********** consultant that helped me to get another phone added something I don’t even know I’ve asked for it to be cancelled numerous times but no luck this has been the worst experience ever and want to have this contract cancelled.. you can’t even get through their call centre on X I was speaking to a Maggie she left me hanging
