Two years of 1/10th of the internet we are supposed to get!

I will NEVER use telkom again! we are supposed to have a 10mbps line and then it throttles to 4mbps and then 1mbps but we have a 1mbps then a 200kbps and then 100kbps. it was fine for two months and then it just started doing this its almost been two years of unbearably slow internet and I can not stress this enough NEVER use telkom for anything
