Two years after trying to cancel my account and I’m receiving threats from Telkom debt collectors that I’ll be blacklisted. Again!

After battling with this *********** giant for two years, I am now being harassed by debt collectors, at all hours of the day, I may add, threatening to black list me. Again. And I’m not sure that these debt collectors are any better than Telkom’s customer service agents either...

After trying to talk to my new friends, the debt collectors, you’d think there would be a process to follow for people like me to once and for all correct Telkom’s poor administrative procedures. But alas, there really is no light at the end of this tunnel.

Can someone from Telkom finally call me to settle this long-standing relationship when someone who actually understands procedures and how account settlement works. I have plenty of Telkom reference numbers to provide, not to mention email and fax proof to show that this charade has gone on long enough.

I am almost sick to death of this incompetence and can’t believe just how pathetic these companies are. Just let me get on with my life without constant harassment.
