Two weeks with a dead line and nothing but empty excuses...

On 26 October (12 days ago) our line went dead after a heavy thunderstorm. We've logged the fault immediately (Fault # 665CTZ271016).

Since then I've been on the phone with Telkom dozens of times trying to resolve the issues. They've promised to escalate the issue, they've told me technicians were assigned (who never showed up and couldn't be reached by Telkom when I called to ask), customer support manager took my number promising to get back to me (not a single one ever did). Yesterday a technician was promised to come - and didn't show up. I called in numerous times and Telkom itself wasn't able to reach the guy named Sam. Today he was meant to come after completing two orders - and calling in five hours after calling this morning, I am told that Sam cannot make it but - guess what - says he will come tomorrow.

The only positive thing I have to say is that Telkom's customer staff is friendly - but your support is awful and terrible. We've been waiting for TWELVE days!

I used to be a happy costumer - in the past, when we've had problems with our line, they would get fixed within a day. But this now has turned me into a very frustrated, disappointed customer who is considering looking for other providers.

Dear Launa,
I appreciate your quick response, thank you. However, I have in the past also contacted the HelloTelkom twitter account where I was promised that the issue would be resolved - and that was over a week ago.
If you can, I'd like for the technician Sam to come today (as he had promised via his manager). We cannot continue waiting and receiving empty promised like this...
Your help is much appreciated!
Regards
Daniel
