Two weeks later, still no results!

I lodged a complaint on Hello Peter two weeks ago. The reference number for the complaint is SM133833. Tebogo did not give any feedback other than writing that the matter is being attended to. Please sort out my complaint and deliver the goods which is owed to me. The service the Social Media Team provide is worse than the service I originally complained about!
