Two weeks and still no service!!!

Reported a fault with our landline on 13 December, fault logged. I follwed up a few days later only to be told- I should have called sooner to say it was still faulty. Fault 'escalated'. No internet since 24th, daily phone calls, promises on technicians calling us back- not done, on reports on what was being done-nothing. I'm paying for a service I haven't had for two weeks!!! It's apparently an area fault in my area- multiple residents have complained, to no avail. Pathetic service.

Got a call from Telkom two days ago, reporting the fault had been fixed. When I informed him that I still had no landline or internet, he said he would find out what was going on and get back to me.

....... Guess what, no return call. I think I deserve a refund for my month of no landline or internet!!!!

So I called back (because telkom NEVER calls me), and they say they have resolved my fault- only problem is that the fault isn't resolved. Lady on the line reported both my landline and internet were not working when she tried testing.

So I asked her to re-activate the old reference number and escalate it (639CNK131216, escalation number 942697). Was also told I'd be called back, but we all know that won't happen.
