Two weeks and no feedback

It's been more than 2 weeks since I went to the Telkom store inside Centurion mall next to the banks. No one gave me any feedback to my application to date. I app**** for a new service, and the consultant told me I'd have an answer in the same week. On Twitter Telkom also constantly says a manager will contact me soon..... No surprise here, no one made contact with me yet. Thanks Telkom. Thanks for nothing.
