two months phone not back from repairs

I had booked my phone for repairs with Telkom Mobile and the phone is insured by Finrite using number *** of which the phone was booked in towards the end of Febuary and the necessary access fee was paid into the insurgence account as they requested so during the month of Febuary, last week I called the insurgence people to ask them about the nature of my cellphone they said that the phone was meant to be released on the 25th of Febuary already by their repair center of which their name is Ingrim Micro using number ***. what upsets me the most is that two months have passed paying for a phone off my debit account and I haven't used the phone as promised that the repairs will take to 15days and max 30days I have been patiently waiting to receive an SMS from the service provider confirming that I can come and fetch my phone IPhone 6plus to a rest disappointment the wait has risen to two months of not having a phone!!!
