Two months later & still waiting on refund.

Ref ********** 4. Called 01/09 & consultant did not log my case properly to billing. Called again & only logged 23/09. Call centre Luyanda says it takes 72hrs but someone will call. Advised im waiting a month now & not 72hrs. She did not see urgency as someone will call. Waiting on manager to call now.Pathetic.
