TWO MONTHS AND STILL NO PHONE !!

Went to enquire about a phone and was told it can be ordered but first I need to open a contract. so I did, contract was approved on the 5th of November and I was told the phone would take 2 to 3 weeks. The sales consultant called me on the 30th to let me know that despite him placing the order every week they still have not received the phone and that his manager said they will get the phone but he is not sure when and asked if I want to take another phone or continue waiting. since the only reason I opened the contract is because I really want this phone and was told they would get it for me, I said I'll continue to wait. I have not heard anything since. today I spoke to an agent online and was told to go in to the store as only they can help me. so what now? its been two months and I still don't have a phone. I've grown impatient now and have started to look at other options.
