Two months and still bad Internet connection

I am sick and tired of Telkom not listening to my complaints and not fixing my Internet, I have been having the same problem for two months non stop. I either have no Internet, on and off again connection or slow Internet speed. I have had to replace two routers. I wish that Telkom would just fix my Internet and that I would have no more problems but that's too much to ask for. I am really frustrated and sick of Telkom's ****
