Two minutes of your time is too much
After attempting to get through to the call center numerous times this week with no luck, even after waiting 17 minutes on one of the calls (at my expense), I again drove through to the branch at the Boulders and got there at exactly 4pm (as they closed). I simply wanted to ask a question on behalf of my mother as she is incapacitated in hospital and probably won't survive much longer and I need to sort out her account. I simply wanted to find out what action to take and what documents they would need. It would have taken a minute.

I entered through the door that customers were leaving from. The consultant, a lady who had absolutely no interest in acknowledging me at first then proceeded to tell me that the fact that I was in there was unacceptable and would not even hear what I had to say as they were closed. Telkom, I am also a client of yours and certainly will not be renewing my contract when it expires. If taking 2 minutes time is too much to help someone who has resorted (again) to driving in to see you as your call center is useless, then I certainly won't be doing business with you again. The unhelpful attitude of your consultant means that you loose a client.
