Two Contracts taken out on my name....!!!!!!

Earlier this year I got notice in the mail that I had two Samsung S4's taken out of my name, and that collection of these two cellphones had taken place on Feb 14th (Conveniently on Valentine's Day), now this is IMPOSSIBLE as I had been in court the entire day due to circumstances so how the hell could I have fetched these two phones on the given date.<br> <br> Not to mention the fact that this branch had all my details, payslips and copy of my ID, also they mentioned when I contacted them ages ago that someone had signed at collection.<br> <br> Stop calling me to pay for this after I've sent a affidavit stating I never took out these contracts, and because of these two I cannot get another contract on my name which is becoming very annoying.<br> <br> I've been to thsi store to request the actual contract claimed to be signed \By me"and they cannot give me any details on the matter"
