Two cellphone accounts openend in my name

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been into Telkom ballito on the 02/02/2017 as there was ***** action on my personal account and an amount of R 3 172.15 was debited out of my account. someone opened two celephone accounts in my name with all my details and I find this highly offensive and annoying considering i did not open the account. I have never had a Telkom account opened. i went to the police station to get an affidavit to submit to Telkom and received the following case number ********** 2.</p> <p> </p> <p>Since then I have not heard at all from Telkom. i have made many telephone calls to 081180 to speak to various people to follow up and still have had no luck. not even a telephone call.</p> <p> </p> <p>a further amount of R 2000 went off my account on the 24th of February and again another amount of R 5,491.86. i called to complain again and still nothing has come from this and I have had no response. so in total R 10 664.01 has been withdrawn from my account.</p> <p> </p> <p>please could someone contact me urgently ro resolve this soonest.</p>
