Two appointments missed
Don't know if someone is still alive at Telkom but here it goes... I app**** for transfer of the landline in August. An installation date was given for the 2nd of October so I arranged a leave day to be home but nobody pitched. I called and enquire and another date was given, 9th of October, the technician confirmed on the 8th. Again I took a leave day to be present and guess what NOBODY PITCHED. Even Harry Sinclair who is supposed to be a manager of some sort don't have the savvy to even return with an answer after she promised to do so.
