two add on products not taken off

<p>in 2014 i bought a laptop and the payments came on my telkom fixed line account. i also as part of the deal take smartinternet500mb</p> <p>SmartInternet 500MB ********** 775 09 Dec 16 - 08 Jan 17 R 109.65</p> <p> Mob add-on Lenovo core i3 ********** 775 09 Dec 16 - 08 Jan 17 R 236.84 </p> <p> </p> <p>The contract expired end of November 2016 but I was not aware I had to put in a cancellation form which I did on 20/12/2016. I received an sms on 10/1 saying the add ons has been removed and it was backdated to 20/12. I have since paid the December bill and January Bill and now my Feb bill is still reflecting the two amounts.</p> <p> </p> <p>i have probably spoken to half of telkom and no one seems to be able to help me. PLEASE PLEASE IF YOU CANNOT HELP GIVE ME A NUMBER OR EMAIL THAT CAN HELP. To add insult to injury they do not refund the extra months that have been paid.</p>
