twice in one fkn month

<p>line more down than up would b my thrid fault log in 2 months ffs fix this *** hi so i am back after you helped me fix the last problem ran fine for about 3 weeks or so now i have no internet i phoned say i have no internet acsess plz help me i am paying for a serves i am not reciving. i called center thay said have to log fault with tech side. i want this fixed asap as i am paying even tho line is down!!!! fault ref is ********** 5 and thanks .send a tech guy tomorrow or somthing i do not want 2 wait weeks again or i want the days my line was down refunded thanks</p>
