Tweeting telkom gets a response but no actual action

<p>Tweeted telkom and had an almost immediate response. I was impressed. I responded and have had numerous DMs which keep saying our team will follow up. I have heard absolutely nothing from the landlines team even after emailing ********** Movement on an issue is not the same as progress!!!</p>
