TV lit box and wifi repeater specials

I ordered a summer special Home ADSL uncapped 4mb line in January 2018. It included a wifi repeater and a TV Lit box. The line was installed and activated within 2 weeks. It is now 8 months later in September and I still have not received the wifi repeater or the TV lit box. I have phoned in monthly and have received a different message every month, ranging from it has been ordered, to they do mot have stock, to they have emailed the original order taker to instruct them to order the 2 devices on the same order. I can never get a reference number as apparently sales do not give you one. Still do not know if I will receive this. Definitely not falling for their special offers again
