Tuck shop with no customer service

I'm so disappointed with the service I got from them we requested a fibre contract from Telekom 1st week of September some1 is coming to install they came on the 15 did half the they on 27/09 still didn't finish the mind you i cancelled our contract with rain last month whole no Internet to we the Telkom technician Solly) he is on sick.... Here we stuck again for the whole month, IS THIS the way you treat customers
