TTelkom shocking service!!! (Bad Service).

Telkom Admin Plus Insurance service is so poor. it's been 5 weeks since I've claimed for my phone and no one has contacted me. I have sent a couple of emails and they don't even bother to respond to my emails. it is so frustrating i don't know what to do anymore because i need my phone for work and the worse part is they are still debiting from my account.
