<p>I have been trying to apply for a line to be installed at my residence for over 2 weeks now, online and telephonically, each time I get an sms to say someone will contact me within 48 hours, but I never hear back from anyone. How does one get someone to assist them? I'm not sure how they expect anyone to actually reach them - they spend money on marketing but have no one attending new client queries.</p>
