Trying to put my Adsl line in the holding pool

I called Telkom gone in to the store but no one can help me tey tell. Me to full in forms and I'll get feedback in 21 days all I want is my adsl line to be put in to the holding pool so my isp can take it over is it so hard to do one simple thing what is it just to place a order to put my adsl part of my line in to the holding pool before Telkom did it over the phone with no problem now this is happening unacceptable my adsl line number is ********** 222 pls help
