Trying to port a number across to Telkom

Hi,

I've been to your Greenstone Shopping Mall store over a dozen times to port my number across but the service has been disgusting, every single time the system is down. I even attempted to port the number across myself but I'm graced with the same outcome. Yourll should ll your doors permanently, it's truly a circus!!!!

What a ****ing joke! Your network sucks, thankfully I have a spare Vodacom SIM card, I wish your service was outstanding like theirs.
