Trying to get phones since November 2022

I have been trying to order phones since November 2022 After over 20 Calls to the Telkom Mobile online orders dept I am nowhere They have stock and don't fulfill the order, they then run out of stock and the order sits not being captured, I have wasted countless hours trying to get replacement phones, The service, follow up and general apathy is pathetic, Telkom should not be in business with ****e service like this.
