Trying to get my line moved but no one to talk to

At the end of Oct i requested our line to be moved to a new address as of 30 Nov. On the 20th someone came out but couldnt do it as the cable was faulty.

I had another sms to say they will come out today and I’ve had no comms since. I tried to phone the call centre 10213 and no one ever seems to answer.

Please! When will my line be moved?
